Mercy Homecare’s Community Participation program is a staple in our delivery of equitable healthcare and the improvement of everyday living. Supported by the NDIS, Community Participation Programs are available to eligible clients to assist in attending activities such as sports, hobby classes, community activities, and even tuition fees in order to build life skills and independence that allow our clients to enjoy day-to-day life.
Community Participation offers our clients the ability to engage, interact, and build confidence through new skills, coaching, and meeting like-minded people.
Mercy Homecare works side-by-side with our participants, their families and carers, along with the disability sector, advocacy groups and providers to ensure best-practice delivery that enhances our clients’ overall wellbeing. Our programs promote empowerment for our clients and their support networks and aid in making hobbies and interests more accessible.
Mercy Homecare has a range of Community Participation options available. Reach out to us today to find out more.
